The US Court of International Trade (CIT) has ruled to exempt imported bifacial PV modules from Section 201 tariffs following the successful petition by a coalition consisting of the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), NextEra Energy, Invenergy Renewables, and EDF Renewables.
