According to Official Account @DNE,, according to the official microblogging news of Qingdian Group on April 3, on March 28, at the signing activity of major investment projects in Habahe County, Altay Region, Xinjiang in 2025, Li Haiming, President of Qingdian Group, and Zhang Zhizheng, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Habahe County and Executive Vice Mayor of Habahe County, on behalf of the two sides, signed the agreement on the cooperation between the two sides on the investment in the manufacturing of 3GW photovoltaic modules and the 500,000 kilowatts of wind power project.
According to the agreement, Qingdian Group will invest in the construction of 3GW photovoltaic module manufacturing base and 500,000 kilowatt wind farm project in Habahe County, with a total investment of about 2.5 billion yuan.
The first phase of the project is expected to realize the large-scale production of 3GW products, with an annual production capacity corresponding to an output value of 2.25 billion yuan, directly driving 800 people to employment.
