According to Official Account @Chunengjianwen, on March 5th, the People's Government of Qingyang City, Gansu Province, successfully signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Tongli Risheng and its subsidiary Beijing Tianqi Hongyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianqi Hongyuan"). This marks the official launch of in-depth cooperation among the three parties in the fields of new energy equipment manufacturing and energy storage applications, injecting strong momentum into the construction of Qingyang City as a national hub node of the "east data, west computing" project.
It is reported that according to the content of the agreement, the three parties will cooperate around the energy storage equipment manufacturing base and energy storage power station construction. Project total investment of 2 billion yuan, plans to be implemented in phases: a project will be launched in the first quarter of 2025, leasing plant 15,000 square meters, the construction of 2GWh energy storage equipment production line and 1GWh lithium iron phosphate electrochemical energy storage station, is expected to be completed in the third and fourth quarter of the commissioning of the equipment and put into operation.
After the completion of the project, the energy storage power station will supply green power directly to the data centers in the “east data, west computing” industrial park in Qingyang, Gansu Province, which can effectively reduce the energy cost of the data centers and enhance the cleanliness of the computing network.
