On 28 October, SJEF Solar announced that it was going to Mexico to build a photovoltaic cell project.
It is reported that SJEF Solar Mexico photovoltaic cell project is located in the city of Huayozingo, Puebla State, Mexico, will build high-efficiency photovoltaic cell production line, is expected to reach production in 2025.
The state of Puebla is located in the centre of Mexico, with convenient transport links, only 150 kilometres from Mexico City. The project area is surrounded by a number of industrial parks, facilitating the sharing of resources and upstream/downstream collaboration. The flat terrain and mild climate are ideal for the construction and operation of factories and logistics facilities.
The project has received strong support from government departments in the state of Puebla, where the local government has actively promoted the project's various approval processes, accelerated the progress of the project, and provided policy favours in terms of resource allocation and infrastructural support, said SJEF Solar .
