On 10th October, the first offline ceremony of JA Naoer Base's annual production capacity of 5GW high-efficiency modules was held in Bayannur Economic and Technological Development Zone in Inner Mongolia, marking that the project has already had the production capacity of photovoltaic modules.
It is understood that in 2024, JA Solar cooperated with Naoer Group and invested 1.4 billion yuan to build a new 5GW high-efficiency photovoltaic module project, which lasted only 97 days from the commencement of construction to the successful launch of the first module. After the project is fully completed, the annual production capacity will reach 5GW of N-type 182DeepBlue4.0 high power products with MBB half chip, compatible with large size version (2520*1450), upgradable compatible 210 size, reaching the industry leading level, which will achieve an annual output value of 4 billion yuan and provide more than 700 jobs. The project was signed on 8 April 2024 and the groundbreaking ceremony was held on 3 July.
