EnergyTrend, the Green Energy Research Division from TrendForce, has conducted an industry-wide price survey throughout the entire PV supply chain on June 17, 2020.

Polysilicon

In the Chinese market, the price of multi polysilicon has, from RMB 36 /KG to RMB 37 /KG, up 2.78%. The price of mono polysilicon has remained at RMB 57 /KG. In the non-Chinese markets, the multi polysilicon has slightly increased from US$6.9 /KG to US$7 /KG, up 1.45%. The latest global average price of multi polysilicon was US$6.838 /KG, which has increased 0.37% from the previous US$6.813 /KG.

Wafers

This week, the wafer prices have remained stable. The price of multi-Si wafer was RMB 1.18 /Pc and US$0.144 /Pc. The price of M2 mono-Si wafers was RMB 2.3 /Pc and was US$0.286 /Pc. The price of G1 mono-Si wafer remained at RMB 2.5 /Pc and US$0.31 /Pc. The price of M6 mono-Si wafer was RMB 2.55 /Pc and US$0.315 /Pc.

PV Cells

The latest price of general multi-Si cells was RMB 0.5 /W and US$0.071 /W. The price of the general mono-Si cells was RMB 0.73 /W and US$0.09/W. Starting from June 17, EnergyTrend will stop updating the quoted prices of high-efficiency and superior high-efficiency mono-Si cells. The quoted prices of G1 and M6 mono-Si cells will be added to the list instead. The latest price of G1 mono-Si cells was RMB 0.79 /W and US$0.099 /W. The price of M6 mono-Si cells is RMB 0.81 /W and US$0.1 /W.

Modules

The module prices remain stable this week. The quoted price of the general multi-Si (275W-280W) modules in Chinese Yuan was RMB 1.39 /W. The quoted price in the US Dollars remained at US$0.176 /W. The quoted price of the high-efficiency multi-Si (325W-330W) modules in Chinese Yuan was RMB 1.41 /W, down 0.7%. The quoted price in the US Dollars was US$0.19 /W. The quoted price of the general mono-Si (305-310W) modules in Chinese Yuan was RMB 1.52 /W and the quoted price in the US Dollars remained at US$0.26 /W.

The quoted price of the high-efficiency mono-Si (315-320W) modules in Chinese Yuan was RMB 1.55 /W. The latest quoted price in US Dollars was US$0.201 /W. The quoted price of the superior-high efficiency mono-Si (>320W/385W) modules in Chinese Yuan has remained at RMB 1.62 /W. The latest quoted price in US Dollars was US$0.206 /W.
