published: 2016-12-23 15:55

Innovative Solar Systems (ISS) has just released almost 1GW of solar farm projects to the market for immediate purchase and build out by entities wishing to own high-quality and high-return utility-scale solar farms in the U.S. The projects are all over 20MW in size with the majority of the projects being approximately 80MWac in size and all having long term 25 year purchase power agreements with Credit Worthy Utilities.

ISS has been a developer of large-scale solar farms now for almost six years and has some of the largest projects ever built this side of the Rockies to the company's credit. It is no secret that investors and other solar companies alike have made a fortune buying and owning ISS projects over the years. One company alone that has bought, built, owned or flipped approximately 17 solar farm projects purchased from ISS is now in the process of selling their company for somewhere North of 1 Billion US Dollars it is believed. Companies that partner with ISS always seem to do quite well.

Innovative Solar Systems designs its projects and partners with qualified EPCs to build the companies projects at all-in turn-key pricing of around $1/watt for single axis trackers and all tier-one equipment. Many foreign solar companies and funds are in current negotiations with ISS to not only buy the current portfolio of projects but to also enter into partnership agreements on the company's current 2017-2018 portfolio of projects that totals over 10GW's.
