RenaSola has started delivering up to 81.5MW of PV modules to two Chinese firms, TBEA Xinjiang Sunoasis and China Foma Group.
According to terms of the supply agreement, RenaSolar will ship 56.5MW of PV modules to TBEA Xinjiang Sunoasis for building utility-scale PV projects located in Xinjiang and Jiangsu provinces in China. TBEA will receive 305W, 310W and 315W modules from ReneSola.
China Foma Group, the other customer of ReneSola, purchased 25MW of ReneSola’s 265W Virtus II modules for its utility-scale PV project in Gansu Province.
Xianshou Li, ReneSola's Chief Executive Officer, said, "We are pleased to be selected by two of the industry's leading companies as the module supplier for these utility scale projects in China. We believe our supply to these projects demonstrates our technology leadership and strong competitive advantage in the solar energy value chain, as we support our customers' clean energy initiatives in a cost-effective manner."
Deliveries of these modules are scheduled to be completed by the end of May, 2016.
