SunEdison has sold its AES Solaire France solar portfolio to Sonnedix. With the new portfolio, Sunnedix currently has a total of 150MW of installed assets globally.
The 23.6MWdc AES Solaire France solar portfolio is made up of two ground mounted solar power plants and two solar parking canopies across southern France. SunEdison Global Services will continue its operation and maintenance services for the portfolio.
“This acquisition is a significant step for Sonnedix and makes us an even more significant solar PV player in France with almost 90 MW connected and operating,” said Sonnedix’s CEO Andreas Mustad.
