OneRoof Energy, a residential solar services provider and wholly owned subsidiary of OneRoof Energy Group, Inc. (OneRoof Energy) announced the appointment of Robert Martorano, Jr. as executive vice president of capital markets. Martorano will report to David Field, OneRoof Energy's president and chief executive officer.

Martorano joins OneRoof Energy from Citigroup Global Markets, a leader in renewal energy finance services, where he was the director for alternative energy finance focused on the structuring and syndication of tax equity for wind and solar transactions. Prior to Citibank, Martorano was the president and founding partner of Meridian Asset Finance LLC, which structured tax advantaged financing for alternative energy projects including solar, wind, hydro and fuel cells. Before founding Meridian, Martorano held the position of managing director and Americas group head of asset financing and leasing for Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. for more than 15 years. During his tenure at Deutsche Bank, Martorano originated, structured and executed asset finance transactions that provided accounting, tax and regulatory advantaged financing to client companies. In addition, he developed regulatory structures that were used in the utility, banking and insurance industries, coordinated the bank's internal risk and impact analysis of all aspects of financings, including credit, legal, tax, accounting and regulatory, and maintained primary oversight over the group's $1B investment portfolio.
