Delta Electronics introduces its latest energy management solutions at Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration (AHR) EXPO 2015, including Energy Online, an enterprise-grade energy management system, and Smart HVAC System, a cost-efficient solution to improve HVAC efficiency.

Delta is also showcasing its new, energy-efficient electronically commutated (EC) fan series that provides energy savings of 30%-50% compared to traditional AC fans for industrial and commercial applications. Delta's EC fan product series offers both centrifugal and axial fan models and can be widely applied in an HVAC system, including ventilation, air extraction, and air handling units.
In addition, Delta is demonstrating its Breez Ventilation Systems, AH500 series programmable logic controller (PLC), CP2000 series variable frequency drive (VFD), industrial power supplies, and EMI filters for HVAC applications at the show.

Smart HVAC System
All-in-one Smart HVAC System provides a cost-efficient solution to improve HVAC efficiency. With the combined use of BACnet-compliant web-based controller and VFD, it is easy to optimize HVAC performance based on dynamic temperature and humidity changes.
EC Fans
By using EC (Electronically Commutated) technology, Delta's new energy-saving, highly efficient industrial fan series, helps customers elevate product performance with intelligent control functions. The application areas include high-precision air conditioning units such as for datacenter precision cooling, ventilation and air extraction, air handling units, industrial motor drive systems, utility-grade solar inverter, and wind converter systems
Breez Ventilation Systems
Delta's Breez Ventilation Fans combine several design innovations, including a switching power supply and DC brushless motor, that provides a quieter solution with energy savings of up to 74% compared to similar ventilation products.
Industrial Automation for HVAC
Delta's AH500 PLC features excellent high-speed program execution (1k steps / 0.3 ms) and program capacity (max. 256k steps) for efficient system control and rapid data processing and management. The modular design and hot-swapping function of the AH500 Series greatly improves system stability and maintainability. The CP2000 VFD is specifically designed for applications such as air blowers, pumps and HVAC drives to provide the greatest efficiency. The CP2000 Series has built-in BACnet and performs variable frequency control for the motors of fans and pumps according to system requirements, enhancing operation efficiency and saving energy.
Industrial Power Supplies
Delta's CliQ M DIN Rail Power Supply Series is one of the slimmest DIN rail industrial power supplies in its class. This high power density product is designed for a broad universe of industrial and automation applications such as robotic arms, CNC laser-cutting machines, and HVAC systems. In addition to offering a Power Boost feature at 150% of the power rating for 5 seconds, the CliQ M series also provides an Advanced Power Boost (APB) feature.
EMI Filters
Delta offers a wide range of products with customized design, short development time and rapid on-site support. Products displayed at the show include low current leakage and DIN rail mount 3-phase filters, flexible design open frame filters, universal chassis mounted filters, wide range IEC filters, and high ease-of-use and installation sine wave filters.
