Intertek, an international provider of testing, inspection, and certification services, announced that ReneSola has joined Intertek's SATELLITETM program for further development.
Intertek's SATELLITE data acceptance program integrates speed, flexibility, and cost effectiveness into the product development process by accepting internal laboratory test data of qualifying customers. ReneSola’s Jiangsu Product Center Laboratory in China has met the stringent standards of the program and is now a SATELLITE laboratory. This enables the company to streamline performance testing of products for performance and safety, including qualification for Intertek’s ETL certification, as part of its product development process.

ReneSola’s Jiangsu Product Center Laboratory, part of their expansive OEM and sales network, includes the latest-generation equipment to enable engineers to measure and validate product performance data. "By joining the SATELLITE program, we can better coordinate testing and certification with our product development cycles, which should not only reduce our overall testing costs but also shorten the time needed to take our products to market," said Dr. Bill Hou, Director of ReneSola’s product center.
