Array Technologies Showcases Its Portfolio and Experience at Intersolar 2014

published: 2014-07-15 13:28

At this year’s Intersolar North America, Array Technologies, Inc. (ATI) delivered a message of experience and value to thousands of exhibit visitors in San Francisco last week. An estimated 18,000 solar industry professionals took to the halls of Moscone Center to discuss industry news, trends, and to stop by some of the 500 exhibiting booths at the annual convention.

After yet another year of important milestones, including more than 2 GW shipped and installed, ATI announced several innovations in the way of new designs, products and programs for their industry-leading ground mount tracking and racking solutions.

The company introduced a brand new utility-scale solution for racking frameless thin-film solar modules on their popular DuraTrack™ HZ single-axis tracker. This patent-pending technology is the only one of its kind and allows project installers to beat stringent install deadlines while taking full advantage of the thin-film module technology to maximize site ROI.

Expanding their product line further, ATI announced a new utility-scale design for their fixed-tilt product. The DuraRack will now accommodate module install, in the field, at 0 degrees. This will allow installers to avoid ladders, cut costs and increase the speed of installation for ATI’s popular 3 or 4-in-landscape fixed-tilt design configurations.

Among Array Technologies’ solutions for distributed utility and commercial scale projects, the company introduced a new Certified Installer Program, which allows project developers the ease of working with specialized, highly-trained installers certified by the company to install ATI’s tracking and racking systems, offering a new turn-key approach for ground mount projects.

ATI’s Residential Division also announced the release of a new product – DuraRack™ SP. This single-pole fixed system is ideal for sites with limited available land and can rack up to 12 standard 60-cell modules per foundation.
