China Sunergy Co., Ltd., today announced it has changed the release date of its first quarter 2013 results originally scheduled for June 17, 2013 to July 1, 2013, as the Company's management needs additional time to finalize certain items in its first quarter 2013 financial results. The Company has yet to complete its preliminary review and compilation of its financial information for the quarter. The results are subject to change based on further review by the Company's management.
The Company currently expects to announce financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013 before the market opens on Monday, July 1, 2013. China Sunergy's management will host an earnings conference call on Monday, July 1, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (Monday, July 1, 2013 at 8:00 p.m. Beijing/Hong Kong time). The management team will be on the call to discuss financial highlights of the first quarter 2013, provide their business outlook for second quarter and full year 2013, and answer questions.
