Senersun, a fast-growing manufacturer of premium quality solar panels, announces that it has entered into an agreement to acquire stake in Shinew Photoelectronic Technology. Headquartered in France, Senersun further increases its manufacturing capacity through this integration.
This strategic acquisition will increase Senersun’s production capacity, a necessary step to meet the surging demand coming from the company’s customers. Despite this year’s poor global demand for PV modules, Senersun has been growing steadily over the year.
Shinew Photoelectronic Technology was selected by Senersun after a several-month due diligence process and based on several key criteria such as established manufacturing base, compliance with the highest quality standards such as STS certification and track record, cost competitiveness, financial strengths, management team’s experience and environmental soundness. The high standards that Shinew has recorded over the past years will continue to bring Senersun the 100% quality level that made it the most reliable PV manufacturer in the industry.
