Siliken will showcase this year’s novelties in its stand 2743 at the Solar Power International in Dallas: the 72-cell module and the energyBox. Both products are causing quite a stir among customers because of their high quality and innovation. Siliken’s latest technological advances facilitated the creation of these products that meet the requirements of its customers. The 72-cell module and the energyBox are generating high sales volumes with the guarantee offered by Siliken, winner of the Number One distinction in the prestigious Photon Laboratory survey.
Siliken has chosen the Solar Power International to première its 72-cell modules in the U.S. Siliken’s Sales Team will inform all of their customers about the advantages of the product. With these 72-cell modules, 20% fewer modules need to be installed, generating the same power and saving operating costs. They produce up to 305 Wp and have a power tolerance of +3/0%. They are UL, TÜV and Intertek certified for worldwide applications. The efficiency of the modules is up to 15.7%.
To guarantee their maximum quality, Siliken subjects each module to its corresponding testing stages, including a rigorous verification of power production, as well as to resistance tests using radiation simulators. The SLK72M6L and SLK72P6L modules have a 25-year linear power guarantee and a 10-year product guarantee, offering the possibility to check their performance each year and request a change if they do not comply with the minimum requirements. This way, a performance of 97% throughout the first year is guaranteed. From year 2 to 25, a yearly degradation smaller than or equal to 0.7% is ensured.
The product’s flexibility and modularity facilitate the design and configuration of installations on any type of residential rooftops, without the need to spend time on adjusting, managing, and purchasing components. The energyBox intends to solve not only the technical problem that is inherent to the design of any PV-installation, but also to guide fitters throughout the entire value chain, offering solutions for all non-technical phases, such as supplying components, managing suppliers and complex logistics (storage, stock levels, order picking and forwarding), or customer service.

Siliken is recognized the world over for the quality of its modules, ranked by Photon Laboratory as the number one modules in its prestigious 2010 survey. From January through December 2010, Siliken modules were classed by Photon as the best in terms of measuring the accumulated power generation per year compared to more than 47 other modules produced by 36 manufacturers.
Photon has developed its own technology for automated measurement of PV installations showing monthly data in real conditions.The final results from 2010 show that Siliken modules generate 5.9% more energy compared to the overall average of the other modules included in the survey, and 12.4% more with respect to the minimum.
