GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited announces that it has signed a long-term supplementary wafer and polysilicon product supply contract with JA Solar Holdings Co., Limited. The Company will provide JA Solar a total of 10,031MW wafer and polysilicon products in the next five years.
As outlined in the supplementary wafer and polysilicon product supply contract that was signed between GCL (Suzhou) Solar Energy Technology Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Group, and JA Solar, the Group will provide a total of 10,031MW wafer and polysilicon products from January 2011 to December 2015. A price adjustment mechanism is included in the contract.
