Mobile energy could supply all-weather power while remaining mobile with high efficiency. Procedures of Exhibiting at SNEC EXPO:
1) Exhibitors shall mail the application form (contract) with company’s seal to the organizing committee.
2) The principle of booth assignment: “First come, first serve”. Booth space will not be assigned or confirmed without the required deposit payment being submitted.
3) Payment terms:
a) The above mentioned exhibition rates exclude the hall management fee, the booth construction fee and the additional facility renting fee;
b) Exhibitors shall remit the deposit to the account designated by the organizing committee within 10 work days after signing the contract, and meanwhile fax the remittance receipt to the organizing committee;
c) The remaining exhibition fee shall be paid to the account designated by the organizing committee before May 30, 2024.
4) The ranking order of the advertisements on the catalogue shall be in accordance with the order we receive the advertising fee. The deadline is June 30, 2024.
5) The organizing committee will mail the “Exhibitor Manual” in July 2023 to all exhibitors.
