IGEM 2015 is the 6th in its series and shall continue to drive the green industry in Malaysia, as well as keeping it in sync with the most current innovations and initiatives in the market. Targeted to attract 50,000 visitors and 400 exhibitors from over 20 countries, IGEM 2015 is set to generate an estimation of RM1.2 billion business leads over this 4-day event, leading towards positioning Malaysia as a Green Technology Hub for the ASEAN Region.
Supported by Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) and Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), IGEM 2015 will be bearing the theme “Powering The Green Economy”, IGEM 2015 will be focusing on five key areas:

b. Green Transport
c. Green Building
d. Solid Waste Technology & Management
e. Clean Water Technology & Management
We are also proud to announce that the Opening Ceremony of IGEM 2015 will be on 11 September, 9.00am, by Y.A.B. Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Haji Abdul Razak, Prime Minister of Malaysia.
