Introduction：

Recent years, solar photovoltaic industry develops rapidly because of the great support of governments of countries around the world for the purpose of realizing the sustainable development of energy and environment. The production of solar cells and PV power generation system increased with the annual rate of 33% within recent ten years and 43% increasing rate reflected for the past 5 years.

Solar energy as the Chinese government intensively focused and developed clean energy, it enjoys great market potentials. In order to promote the solar power generation industry sustainably and healthily developing, State Electricity Regulatory Committee consigns China Electricity Council to carry out the thematic research on the Mechanism and Policy Study of Solar Power Sustainable Development.
