Immersion cooling battery supplier XING Mobility announced today (19th) that it will be providing a total of 2.4MWh of immersion cooling batteries for Taiwanese energy storage system provider Remotek Corporation, which will be used on the latter’s energy storage cabinets as the first immersion cooling energy storage system for green electricity and energy storage in Taiwan that will then be adopted by the third phase of TPC’s Changbin energy storage site. ...  more

Zhuhai Hongjun Enters PV Industry with Launch of Its Project for Manufacturing HJT Products

On the morning of April 13, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for a new project initiated by Zhuhai Hongjun Aviation Manufacturing. Located in Doumen District of Zhuhai, a city in China’s Guangdong Province, the project will manufacture high-efficiency PV cells and modules based on the HJT technology. Hongjun has invested around RMB 5.9 billion into the project, and the project, in turn, is expected generate an annual output value of tens of billions of yuan once it enters the full-scale operation phase. On March 31, Nanfang Black Sesame announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Xiaoheixiaomi Foodstuff will transform into a manufacturer for energy storage batteries. Local Chinese media have reported that CYFJ, a Chinese supplier for materials used in Li-ion batteries, is currently building a plant for the manufacturing of high-performance anode materials in the Liujing Industrial Park of Naning. The plant is designed to have a production capacity of 100,000 tons per year and expected to enter operation near the end of 2023.
