Announcement shows, Yingfa Dekun annual output of 12GW monocrystalline silicon rods and 8GW HPBC high-efficiency crystalline silicon cells (Phase II) project by the Yibin Yingfa Dekun Technology Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Yingfa Dekun”) is responsible for the construction of the construction site is located in the central part of the High-tech Industrial Park in Yibin, Sichuan High-tech cluster.
EIA documents show that Yingfa Dekun originally planned to build “annual output of 24GW monocrystalline silicon rods production project” in two phases. As of April 23, the first phase of the project has been successfully completed, the formation of 12GW monocrystalline silicon rod production capacity, and the end of 2024 through the completion of environmental acceptance.
In order to better adapt to the market demand, Yingfa Dekun decided to adjust the project planning, canceled the original plan of the second phase of 12GW mono-crystalline silicon rods production, and changed to build an annual output of 8GW HPBC high-efficiency crystalline silicon cell project.
It is worth noting that, as the company's completed 12GW monocrystalline silicon rods capacity has completed the completion of environmental protection acceptance, and the monocrystalline silicon rods land red line, production and public and auxiliary facilities and the new 8GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon cells have no intersection and no dependence. Therefore, only the newly added 8GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon cells are evaluated this time.
Public information shows that Yingfa Dekun was founded in June 2023, is a holding subsidiary of Anhui Yingfa Ruineng Technology Co. Its business scope covers the manufacture of photovoltaic equipment and components, the sale of solar thermal utilization equipment, the sale of solar thermal utilization products, and the research and development of electronic special materials.
