On April 15th, Sunwoda Smart Energy officially signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Administrative Committee of the Coastal Cooperative Development Park in Dafeng District, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. The two parties will cooperate to construct a grid-side independent energy storage project with a scale of 200MW/400MWh.
It is reported that as a large-scale independent energy storage power station in the local area, after its completion, this project can be leased as shared energy storage to surrounding new energy power stations. It can participate in the electricity market transactions, smooth out the peak and valley electricity loads in the park, and drive the demonstration and pilot project of "new energy + energy storage".
It is reported that recently, representatives from Sunwoda Smart Energy, along with those from the People's Government of Zigui County and Wuhan Weimai New Energy, gathered in Yichang. Separate agreements were signed, namely the "Cooperation Framework Agreement for the Integrated Source-Grid-Load-Storage Production Project in Zigui County" and the "Cooperation Agreement on the Power Battery System for Green and Intelligent Ships".
The agreements stipulate that Sunwoda Smart Energy will invest in and construct projects in Zigui County in batches and phases, including energy storage PACK and integration production line projects, energy storage power station projects, charging and battery swapping station projects, green power development projects, and zero - carbon projects for the green and intelligent industry.
