Established in 2023, Heguang Tongcheng is a photovoltaic cell R&D and manufacturing company based in Yibin, Sichuan. Its main business covers cell manufacturing, solar power generation technology services, and the manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components. The company's largest shareholder, Sichuan Yifei Xingte Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., is wholly owned by Xie Yi. Additionally, Xie Yi holds a 27.5% stake in Sichuan Guanghe Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership). Born in 1984, Xie Yi previously served as Assistant President of Tongwei Group, Chairman of Tongwei Solar (Hefei) Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Tongwei Solar (Chengdu) Co., Ltd.
