According to DateBM, on January 15, the mass production launching ceremony of the first phase of Huansheng 10GW high-efficiency solar module intelligent factory project was held in Jinshan Hi-tech Zone, Saihan District, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia, marking the official completion and commissioning of the project.
With a total investment of RMB 4.566 billion, the project is designed to produce 10GW of high-efficiency solar modules annually, and the main buildings include module workshop, finished product warehouse, refuse collection station, water tank, water pump house, substation, raw material warehouse, and hazardous waste/chemical warehouse. The first phase of the 5GW project will be commissioned in August 2024, with equipment entering the site one after another.
It is understood that Huansheng New Energy (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of TCL Zhonghuan, located in Hohhot Jinshan High-tech Zone Central Industrial Park, which is mainly engaged in high-efficiency solar photovoltaic module research and development, production, sales and service.
Huansheng 10GW high-efficiency solar module smart factory project covers an area of 332.5 acres, started construction on March 21, 2024, and officially put into production in 8 months.
