The project is constructed by Zhejiang Gaia New Energy Co., Ltd, with a total land area of 64,831 square meters, a total construction area of 75,310.29 square meters, a total gross floor area of 135,713.63 square meters, a constructed area of 35,972.59 square meters, a construction coefficient of 55.49%, a floor area ratio of 2.09, a green area ratio of 10.03%, and the main construction of factories, complexes and other buildings.
It is reported that the project plans to invest a total of 6 billion yuan, 5 billion yuan of investment in fixed assets, with a total land area of 300 acres, will be built in two phases. After the first phase of the project is put into operation, it will form a production line with an annual output of 300 million watt-hours of lithium (sodium) batteries and PACKs for large cylindrical energy storage, with an estimated annual output value of 3.5 billion yuan. After the second phase of the project is put into operation, it will form a production capacity of 50,000 tons of positive and negative electrode materials and precursors per year, which can realize an annual output value of 2 billion yuan.
