8point3 Energy Partners LP announces that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a cash distribution for its Class A shares of $0.2325 per share for the second quarter of 2016.
This represents an increase of approximately 11% over the minimum quarterly distribution and an increase of 3.5% over the previous quarter's distribution of $0.2246 per share. The second quarter distribution will be paid on July 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of July 5, 2016.
